Hello LOL Families and Friends!!

Tony and I were in San Diego last month and saw this ATM machine,  it is an ATM for donation to reduce panhandling and end homelessness in San Diego!!!

WOW, helping the homeless has gone automated!  Where is the actual act of compassion now? I was shocked and saddened that giving alms had become detached of emotion.  I hope our LOL mission will allow us to continue to interact with the homeless people.  We must reach out to them and let them know that they are loved and cared for.  It is the LOL mission to let them know the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Our mission is not only to feed the physical but also the spiritual hunger.  This is a more urgent reason for us to continue our Labor of Love to the homeless!!!

I hope everyone had a good summer. It’s time for our Christmas Feed the Homeless events again and I’m looking forward to seeing you all and meeting new friends. Thank God for this opportunity to continue our mission together in serving the our less fortunate brethren. Congratulations and more power to us for keeping our mission stronger than ever. We continue to grow and provide one decent meal twice a year because of your generosity and kindness. What a blessing to all!!! To our new friends, thank you for your support and we hope and pray that you will continue to stay with us.

Here is the schedule of events for this year: please save the dates in your calendar. We need you!!!

In order for us to have the resources and ability to continue with our mission for both Easter and Christmas, your participation is greatly desired. Please contact me if you wish to participate in any way with our mission or fill up our Contact Form in the “Contact Us” page.

here is my email address: miradorshirley@gmail.com

I am so ever inspired to go on doing this because there are so many of you willing to partake in this great mission. Thank you for your generosity and love for the poor .

Once again, I pray and urge you to join-in our Christmas Event. Please forward this news to your friends and family who would be interested in feeding the homeless this Christmas. Let us celebrate His birth through our homeless brethren. I’d like to share with you this passage I read: He sins who despises the hungry but happy is he who is kind to the poor-(Proverb 14:21). Let us continue to show our kindness to the poor because this is what must do we as Christians.

If you have any ideas or suggestion/s, please share. Remember, SHARING IS CARING!!!! Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you always and please take care. Best regards from Tony and Kiko.

God bless and love to all,
