Love ought to show itself in deeds over and above words. St Ignatius Loyola
Hello LOL families and friends!!!!
Good morning! I hope all is well with everyone. We are just 5 weeks away to our 2 main events. Wow, how time flies so fast. Didn’t we just do our Easter event?
As we get closer to the busy festivities of Thanksgiving and Advent Season, let us look back and reflect on all the blessings that we have received. Last Oct 14, Tony, Eden, Chris, Beth, Rante and I had the greatest blessings and pleasure of seeing Pope Francis so close (he was just about 6 feet in front of us!). Seeing him and feeling his presence reminded me of his most constant and important message….love and care of the poor. His message is simply echoing Christ’s message to all of us. Let us listen and take heed of the message. Please make it happen!!!
I urge you all to express our gratitude and share the blessings to our least fortunate brethren. We have the moral and spiritual obligation to care for the poor. This is our birthday and Christmas gift to the Infant Jesus!
“For all that has been, THANKS. For all that shall be, YES!!!”
YES, we will serve the poor!!! Yes, we will give our love!!! YES, to GOD….. Amen.
I’m looking forward to seeing you all and meeting new friends. Thank God for this opportunity to continue our mission together in serving the less fortunate brethren. Congratulations and more power to us for keeping our mission stronger than ever. We continue to grow and provide one decent meal twice a year because of your generosity and kindness. What a blessing to all!!! To our new friends, thank you for your support and we hope and pray that you will continue to stay with us.
Here is the schedule of events for this year: please save the dates in your calendar. We need you!!!
