Last December 11, Friday, at 6 in the evening, returning and NEW volunteers showed up at the St. Christopher Church in West Covina for the Christmas dinner treat by the parish for the homeless who may be celebrating Christmas alone or with no family dinners to join in..
there were familiar faces and those who came for the first time who willingly gave their time to prepare and distribute the food tray/package consisting of meatballs, mashed potatoes, veggies and bread/muffins
not only do they get to fellowship with the L.O.L. family but they also get to touch the lives of homeless/needy people with their warm smiles and sharing of God’s generosity…
this was the last important event of the L.O.L. feed the homeless ministries for 2015… we thank each and everyone who came and helped us finish our project… may you all have BLESSED PEACEFUL NEW YEAR and see you EASTER 2016!! here are some snapshots from the event…
